Open Shoulder integrates professional medical knowledge and clinical experience, using the arm's range of motion as a basis. The arm's range is divided into 9 main zones, with each zone further subdivided into 9 subzones. The app provides various movements and postures for both the left and right arms. During exercise, the app uses AR to guide users through the correct postures. The app will wait for the user to move their arm to the correct position and hold it for the required time before proceeding to the next action.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
