Training Process
Open Shoulder integrates professional medical knowledge and clinical experience, using the arm's range of motion as a basis. The arm's range is divided into 9 main zones, with each zone further subdivided into 9 subzones. The app provides various movements and postures for both the left and right arms. During exercise, the app uses AR to guide users through the correct postures. The app will wait for the user to move their arm to the correct position and hold it for the required time before proceeding to the next action.

Consistent Daily Correct Exercise
The Open Shoulder app offers three types of shoulder training sessions: open kinetic chain and closed kinetic chain shoulder exercises. Each session generates random movements, activating different parts of the upper limbs.
Customized Training by Linking with Institutions
The app will wait for the user to move their arm to the correct position and hold it for the required time before proceeding to the next action. Physicians and therapists can adjust the difficulty of the exercises based on the user’s needs, including setting the duration for each movement, providing personalized training content.

Training Analysis and Records
Medical knowledge is a specialized field that can be difficult for the general public to understand. By integrating and applying AR technology, we leverage the advantages of cross-disciplinary integration. Technology has brought us many changes, and traditionally, medicine has been about generalizing rules from varied symptoms to cure most patients to a certain extent. However, this is not enough, so we are moving towards "precision medicine," where the most suitable treatment can be "tailor-made" for each individual. New technologies increasingly allow us to distinguish that each person's illness is actually unique.
Promote and Apply
Collaboration with medical, rehabilitation, and health education units
The Open Shoulder platform offers various collaboration methods, allowing institutions to manage their own members through a dedicated management backend, promoting the app and applying its services to different fields and units.
